set up a store with rewards your team actually wants β a half day off, the team lunch, a coffee on you. you pick the menu and what everything costs. don't want one? peaches work great on their own.
there are two kinds of peaches, and only one of them buys things.
everyone gets five to hand out. they reset every day and can't be saved or spent β use 'em or lose 'em. (here's why.)
every peach someone gives you lands in your balance. they never expire, and they're what you spend in the store.
switch items on, set what they cost in peaches, or add your own. (this is a demo β have a play.)
Prince Peach handles the back and forth. you just say yes.
small things can be auto-approved. bigger things, like a day off, go to their manager for a quick yes.
book the lunch, approve the leave, or let us send the gift card. Prince Peach tells them it's on the way.
the best rewards are often free. a few our favourite teams would use:
nope. the store is completely optional. peaches work great as pure recognition, and you can switch the store on later.
no. the 5 you give each day reset, but peaches you receive stay in your balance until you spend them.
you choose per item. small stuff like a coffee can be auto-approved, while bigger things like a day off go to a manager first.
non-cash rewards like time off or picking the playlist cost nothing. gift cards and donations come out of a balance you top up, at face value, with no markup.
not easily. nobody can peach themselves, everyone's capped at 5 a day, and admins can see if the same two people keep trading peaches back and forth.
free for teams of up to 10. everyone else gets a 30-day free trial, no card needed.
